Interpretation of Results
The color intensity of the test line region(T) is inversely proportional to the concentration of anti-SARS-CoV-2 neutralizing antibody in the sample. The lower color intensity of T-line, the higher concentration of neutralizing antibody in the sample.
It is necessary to compare the color intensity of the test line region(T) with the standard color card showed in the Instruction (Figure 5), and then judge the test results.
1. Neutralizing antibody POSITIVE
The color intensity of T-line reached the standard of G8 and below, which indicated that there was neutralizing antibody in the tested samples. When the T-line does not develop color, it indicates that there is a relatively strong neutralizing antibody level in the tested sample.
2. Neutralizing antibody NEGATIVE
The color intensity of T-line reached G9 or above, which indicated that there was no neutralizing antibody.
